The Develop menu is a hidden home for the almost geeky viewer features: debug displays, administrative functions, troubleshooting tests, workarounds, and hippos. Many parts are useful to anyone. Some features are unfinished or only work in evolution environments. Go on with caution, some of these tin can brand your viewer deed strangely.
